Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order unless we are requested to travel. For travel outside Southern California, please call for details.
Do I need to be measured every time I order?
Unless you expect your measurements have changed, we do not need to measure every time you order. We keep your measurements on file so that we may quickly fill your next garment order.
What is the expected time of delivery?
Delivery is expected within 6-weeks from the date we place the order.
Do you allow for shrinkage?
Yes, since there is sometimes minimal shrinkage with cotton fabrics, our shirts are given an allowance for shrinkage
What is your guarantee?
All of our garments are custom made to your specifications. If something is not right, we will make it right.
What if I want to measure myself?
For shirts, we can provide instructions on how to measure yourself for best fit, or you may provide us with your best fitting shirt for us to copy. For other garments, we recommend professional measurements for best fit.
